New Call Tracking System
This customer portal will be shut down starting on Dec 8, 2014 and there will be a new portal taking its place. When this change occurs, you will no longer be able to create support cases in the MyStuff system, the new portal will need to be used. Your current login credentials will still work until Dec 19, 2014 to log into MyStuff, but only to view history or Answers. Starting December 19, 2014 you will have to solely use the new customer portal for all activity. After the initial launch of the portal on Dec 8, an active link to www.hsmsupportportal.com will be placed here to direct you to the portal to get a new account created. Once you are registered in the new portal you will be able to see all of your currently open support tickets, but no historical data at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
