Billable Repair Services

Seamless Support Coverage, Whenever You Need It

In addition to our industry-leading Medallion® service plans, Intermec offers billable-repair services to ensure support across your entire solution set, even for equipment not covered under a service plan.

Intermec offers billable repairs (including both time-and-materials repairs, and flat-rate or per-incident repairs) to customers who need service for equipment that they have not covered with a service plan, or for equipment that is not eligible for service-plan coverage.
